About
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Whatever challenges you’re facing, please know you’re not alone. If you’re reading this, I believe there’s a part of you that still hopes for healing, growth, and wellness—no matter where you are in your journey.
Having experienced the transformative power of therapy, I know that healing is possible. It’s what led me to become a psychologist and found Grow & Well, a space dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves and reclaim their well-being.
A few years ago, a personal health scare became a profound turning point. It opened my eyes to the intricate dance between the mind and body—how our emotions, stress, and stories live not only in our thoughts but also in our nervous systems and cells. That experience deepened my commitment to mind-body and somatic work, and to helping others find healing that feels whole and embodied.
As a woman of color and a mother, I’ve witnessed how our well-being ripples outward—to our relationships, our children, and our communities. When women heal, generations heal.
It’s now my mission to support women and mothers who are navigating pain, transition, and the often invisible load of caring for everyone else. I believe that when women are mentally and emotionally well, their loved ones thrive—and so does the world around them.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Whenever you’re ready, I welcome you to take your first step toward healing and wholeness.
