A Holistic, Mind-Body Approach to Therapy
Therapy here goes beyond just talking. We integrate mind-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Gottman Method with body-based practices such as EMDR, somatic therapy, and polyvagal-informed care to support your whole system—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and relationship transitions.
The Bringing Baby Home®: A Couple’s Prenatal Workshop for Relationship Resilience
The Bringing Baby Home® Workshop helps couples strengthen communication, connection, and parenting teamwork before and after baby arrives.
At Grow & Well, this experience is enhanced with somatic and perinatal mental health support to help couples stay connected through the emotional, physical, and relational changes of pregnancy and postpartum.
Many couples spend months preparing for baby through planning and logistics. This workshop helps couples also prepare their relationship for the transition into parenthood.
Would you like to enter parenthood knowing you and your partner have tools to stay connected through stress and change?
