Specifically, I use EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help you reclaim your life and become the person you hope to be. As a trauma-informed therapist, I also incorporate somatic approaches and other skills (e.g., grounding and mindfulness) to help you gain helpful tools in your recovery.
